Istanbul Police Department teams took action after a driver endangered traffic safety by changing lanes on Eski Edirne Avenue and the footage of the incident appeared on social media. The teams identified the driver B.A. based on the license plate information and caught him. A total of 11,972 liras in fines were imposed on the driver for 'changing lanes', 'tailgating', 'disrespectful driving', 'using window tint film', and 'altering the plate to make it difficult to read' according to the Highway Traffic Law.
