President Erdogan to Attend the 954th Anniversary Events of the Battle of Manzikert

President Erdogan's participation in the 954th anniversary events of the Battle of Manzikert has been announced by Presidential Communications Director Burhanettin Duran. The Presidential Cabinet will also convene at the Ahlat Presidential Complex. Duran stated in a social media post: 'On Tuesday, August 26, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will meet with the citizens at the Historical National Park of the Battle of Manzikert. We remember with gratitude and respect all our heroes, martyrs, veterans, and spiritual leaders who made Anatolia our homeland.'
